At True Little North™, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase from our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip provided in your portal download.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
